1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Servicing Debt Collection And Accounting Software In The Scope Of The Systemeg Program For Operating The Paid Parking Zone.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of: 1) Maintenance Services; 2) Development Services. The Purpose Of The Maintenance Service Is To Ensure The Uninterrupted Operation Of The Systemeg Software (Sla Services) For The Ordering Party, As Well As To Ensure The Provision Of Other Services Described In Annex A To The Swz Supporting The Use Of The Software By The Ordering Party. The Purpose Of The Development Services Is To Provide The Ordering Party With The Modification And Expansion Of The Ordering Partys Software, As Well As To Ensure The Provision Of Services Supporting The Use Of The Software By The Ordering Party.
