The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Office Software In The Form Of A Subscription With Parameters Not Inferior Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Requires A License Covering The Following Scope: License For 260 Software User Accounts, Including An Office Package Compatible With Active Directory For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Ordering Party Is Currently Using Microsoft 365 Business Premium Software. The Licenses Currently Held By The Ordering Party Expire On April 20, 2026. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Using Gov Licenses (Licensing For The Public Sector). The Ordering Party Allows The Microsoft 365 Business Premium Solution Or An Equivalent Solution That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Has An Existing Ict Environment Based On Microsoft Solutions, Including Active Directory Directory Services And The Microsoft Exchange Online E-Mail System, And Currently Uses Microsoft 365 Business Premium Licenses. The Functional Requirements Were Determined Taking Into Account The Need To Ensure Full Compatibility With The Existing Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party, Continuity Of User Work And Minimization Of Operational Risk Related To The Migration Of Data And Services.
