1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of Ul. Spokojna In Dęblin As Part Of The Investment Project Called Preparation Of Documentation For The Construction Of Ul. Spokojna. The Task Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311), Hereinafter Referred To As The Special Act. The Scope Of The Documentation Includes The Design Of A Public Road With A Length Of Approx. 410 M, Along With All The Elements Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, In Particular: 1) Road Structure (Road, Shoulders, Exits, Sidewalks). 2) Road Drainage System, Including Storm Sewage, Drainage Devices With A Possible Separator And Obtaining All Required Water Permits. 3) Road Lighting, Including The Design Of Electrical Installations, Foundations, Poles, Luminaires And Power Supply, Including Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings.4) Service Channel, If Required.5) Reconstruction, Protection Or Removal Of Conflicts With Existing Technical Infrastructure.6) Permanent Traffic Organization And Road Traffic Safety Devices.7) Land Development In The Road Lane.2. The Designed Road Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan Resolution No. Lxxv/437/2023 Of The Dęblin City Council Of March 30, 2023 On The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Michalinów Estate In Dęblin, Marked With The Symbol 3.Kd-D, However, Due To The Need To Acquire Land For The Construction Of The Road, The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Provisions Of The Special Act.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Land Development Concept, Including The Proposed Location Of Road Elements And Proposed Materials And Technical Solutions, For The Ordering Partys Opinion - 1 Copy. 2) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes And The Necessary Geodetic Measurements. 3) Development Of All Materials Required By The Provisions Of The Special Act For The Application For Issuing A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (4 Copies), Including: A) A Map On A Scale Of At Least 1:5000 Showing The Proposed Route Of The Road, Marking The Area Necessary For Construction Facilities, And The Existing Infrastructure, B) Analysis Of The Roads Connection With Other Public Roads, C) Maps Containing Real Estate Division Projects, Prepared In Accordance With Separate Regulations, D) Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof That Are Planned To Be Taken Over By The State Treasury Or A Local Government Unit, E) Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof Whose Use Will Be Limited, F) Identification Of Changes In The Existing Land Development Infrastructure, G) All Necessary Opinions And Decisions Required By Law, Including, Among Others: Water Permit, Environmental Decision.4) Development Of A Compl
