Task No. 1 Current Maintenance - Mowing Greenery In Road Lanes In The Eastern Part Of The Wieluń Commune The Works Covered By The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Arrangements Included In The Terms Of The Order, In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening And The Care Of Green Areas.1) Current Maintenance - Mowing Greenery In Road Lanes In The Eastern Part Of The Wieluń Commune - Task No. 1 Material Scope: A) Mowing Greenery In Road Lanes - Total Planned Mowing Area Of Approximately 604,400 M² During The Order Period. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Mowing Area For A Given Task In The Indicated Areas, Depending On The Needs And Available Funds Allocated For This Purpose; B) Removal Of Greenery From Sidewalks Or Pedestrian And Roadways, Planned Total Area Of Approximately 12,000 M² During The Period Covering The Order. List Of Villages In The Eastern Part Of The Wieluń Commune Intended For Mowing Lanes Of Municipal Roads For Task No. 1: Borowiec, Jodłowiec, Małyszyn, Masłowice, Olewin, Ruda, Sieniec, Starzenice, Urbanice, Widoradz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Mowing Will Start When The Ordering Party Orders, By Telephone And Electronically To The E-Mail Address Indicated In The Offer, Information On The Need To Start Mowing, Specifying The Area Indicated For Mowing. 2) The Mowing Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 21 Days From The Start Of Mowing, And The Order Of Performing The Works Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party. 3) Mowing Should Be Carried Out: A) On Sections With Roadsides - From The Edge Of The Road To The Border Of The Road, Including Drainage Ditches; B) On Sections With Sidewalks - From The Road Curb To The Sidewalk And From The Sidewalk To The Border Of The Road; 4) Removing Grass, Weeds, Self-Seeding Trees And Shrubs In Municipal Road Lanes Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Nature Protection Act; 5) Removal Of Vegetation, Branches And Collected Other Waste Will Be At The Contractors Expense; 6) Mowing Should Be Done With Flail Mowers And Scythes Combustion Engines, Garden Tractors, Depending On The Need Indicated By The Ordering Party, In A Manner That Is Safe For People, Property And Trees (In Accordance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Other Regulations);7) After Mowing, The Grass Should Be Collected And Taken Away On The Day Of Mowing Or The Next Day (If The Ordering Party Indicates Such A Need);8) It Is Prohibited To Move Heavy Equipment (Tractor With A Flail Mower) On Sidewalks In Order To Mow The Lane Road;9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up Waste Lying On The Mown Areas.
