The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Conditions, Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, Along With The Final Decision On The Building Permit For The Task: Revitalization Of The Vistula River Areas In The City Of Zakrzycze. As Part Of The Entrusted Tasks, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain All Required Administrative Decisions, Appropriate To The Scope Of The Investment, And To Develop Documentation Enabling The Selection Of The Contractor To Carry Out The Works Through Public Procurement Proceedings On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Public Procurement Law.2.
