3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Everyday Recreation Equipment Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements, I.E. Skate Park Facilities And Equipment Including Quarter Pipe, Funbox With Grindbox, Miniramp And Handrail, Intended For Use In The Orlik / Olimpia Sports Complex In Szemud, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Possessed By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes Transport, Assembly, Foundation And Commissioning Of Devices In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Safety Rules. A) In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Sports Field In Terms Of Supplementing And Brushing Granules On The Synthetic Grass Surface, Replacing Two Football Goals With Dimensions Standard For Orlik Sports Fields (Approx. 5 × 2 M) Along With Nets, Replacing Two Basketball Backboards With Dimensions Standard For Orlik Sports Fields (Approx. 1.80 × 1.05 M) Along With Hoops And Nets, As Well As Modernization Of The Pitch Lighting System, Modernization Of Existing Lighting. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Final Occupancy Permit For The Investment In Question.4. The Task Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of A Water Curtain Intended For Use During Periods Of Increased Temperatures, Together With Three External Drinking Fountains With Access To Drinking Water, Located Within The Skate Park Area. A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Required Conditions And Arrangements For The Installation Of The Water Curtain With Drinking Fountains5. All Elements Of Everyday Recreation Equipment And Other Items Included In The Order Are Unused, Unused, Unmodified, Technically Functional, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Not Withdrawn From Production, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Complete. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Orlik / Olimpia Sports Complex At Ul. Szkolna In Szemuda.7. Until The Subject Of The Order Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Loss Or Damage Of The Subject Of The Order.8. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In: Opz (Bill Of Quantities) 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Issued Building Permit Decision No. Ab.6740.4.545.2025.7 Of December 31, 2025, Including: Skatepark - Installation Of Daily Recreation Equipment In The Orlik/Olimpia Complex On Part Of Plot 241/1 And 241/9 And Plot No. 241/4, Szemud District, Szemud Commune.
