1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected On All Properties Inhabited By Residents, Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Dominowo Commune, Along With Equipping The Residential Properties With The Described Selective Collection Bags.2. The Order Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Wielkopolska Voivodeship And The Current Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Dominowo Commune.3. The Contractors Obligations Include, In Particular: 3.1. Waste Collection In A Given Town On The Same Day During The Order Period On Working Days From 6:30 A.M. To 6:30 P.M. 7:00 P.M., And On Saturdays From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M.; 3.2. Monitoring The Owners Implementation Of The Obligation To Selectively Collect Municipal Waste (In Accordance With The Regulations) And Notifying The Ordering Party Within 3 Business Days After The Occurrence Of The Event, Attaching Photographic Documentation. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Prepare Monthly Reports Containing Information On The Amount And Type Of Municipal Waste Collected From Residential Properties; 3.3. Maintaining Ongoing Quantitative And Qualitative Waste Records In Accordance With The Regulations; 3.4. Equipping All Waste Collection Vehicles With A Route Monitoring System Based On Gps Technology, Along With Providing A Preview For The Ordering Party; 3.5. Execution Of The Subject Of The Agreement With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And Swz And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect:4.1. Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste4.2. Municipal Waste Collected Selectively In A Bag System, Divided Into: 1) Paper 2) Glass: Colorless And Colored 3) Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging 4) Bio-Waste 4.3. Through A Mobile Waste Collection Point: 1) Waste Electronic And Electrical Equipment 2) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste 3) Used Tires (From Motor Vehicles Up To 3.5T) 4) Textile And Clothing Waste 4.4. Delivery (To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party) Of 1 Piece Of Specialized Container With A Capacity Of 60-120 Liters And Successive Collection (With A Frequency Of 1 Time Per 6 Months) Of Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Receiving Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes (If Such A Need Arises During The Period Of Contract Implementation).5.
