The training shall focus on strengthening competencies across three interconnected domains: Self -leadership Team leadership Organizational leadership In addition, the assignment aims to: Strengthen leadership practices aligned with WHHs operational realities and humanitarian principles Enhance collaboration and accountability across teams and functions Equip participants with practical tools applicable to their day -to-day roles .
