The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Staggered Supply Of Starting Batteries For The Agencys Vehicles. The List Of Batteries Included In Title Ii, B Technical/Specific Requirements Is Not Exhaustive; The Agency May Also Place An Order From The Bidder’S Catalog. The Contract Will Last For 2 Years From The Date Of Notification Of Its Award. The Contract Will Be Renewed Once For A Period Of Two Years, Unless Terminated By One Of The Parties Notified By Registered Letter Posted At Least Six Months Before The End Of The 2-Year Period.
