The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Services Consisting Of Project Activities Related To The Project Entitled Construction Of The Mirošovice Kindergarten, Modernization, Capacity Building And Reconstruction Of The Mirošovice Elementary School, Expansion Of The School Grounds On The Parcels Of The Park. No. 698/16, 932, 698/15, 825, 698/45, 698/25, C.Ú. Mirošovice U Říčan [695475] (Hereinafter Referred To As Project And/Or Construction) Following The Architectural Study Entitled Construction Of Kindergarten Mirošovice, Modernization, Capacity Building And Reconstruction Of Primary School Mirošovice, Expansion Of The School Campus, Volumetric Conceptual Study (Hereinafter Referred To As Architectural Study) Prepared By Atelier 6, S.R.O., Registered Office At Rokycanova 30, 130 00 Prague 3, Id: 26163535. Project Activity Is Required In The Following Scope: Part A • Creation Of A Construction 3D Model Of The Existing Conserved Buildings According To The Geodetic 3D Survey And 2D Drawings Of The Current State Provided By The Customer; • Processing Of Documentation For Permission For Building Modifications To The Existing Elementary School Building, Extension Of The Cafeteria And New Kindergarten For Discussion With Doss And Sis Incl. Creation Of Selected 3D Models; • Processing Of Documentation For Permitting Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads For Discussion With Doss And Sis; • Preparation Of The Buildings Energy Efficiency Certificate (Penb). Part B • Provision Of Statements And Opinions Of The Doss And Network Administrators Regarding The Documentation For Permission For Building Modifications To The Existing Primary School Building, Canteen Extension And New Kindergarten, Supplementing The Documentation For Building Permission With Doss And Sis Conditions And Submitting An Electronic Application For Permission For Building Modifications To The Existing Primary School Building, Canteen Extension And New Kindergarten; • Provision Of Statements And Opinions Of Doss And Network Administrators Regarding The Documentation For Permitting Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads, Supplementing The Documentation For Construction Permits With Doss And Sis Conditions And Submitting An Electronic Application For Permission For Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads. Part C: • Securing A Valid Permit For Construction Modifications To The Existing Primary School Building, The Addition Of The Cafeteria And The New Kindergarten; • Securing A Valid Permit For Construction Modifications To Existing Roads. The Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With The Construction Act, Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Construction Documentation, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Documentation Decree) And Other Relevant Legal Regulations. The Submitted Documentation Will Also Include The So-Called Professional Parts Of The Project Documentation (Medical And Technical Installations, Gas Installations, Heating, Cooling And Air-Conditioning, High Current And Electronic Communications) (In Addition To The Content Defined In Annex No. 1 Of The Construction Documentation Decree). The Contractor Prepares And Submits An Application For Planning Permission In Accordance With The Building Act To Obtain A Binding Opinion Or Public Law Permit For The Construction Intended By The Client. In This Procedure, The Contractor Will Act As The Clients Representative, Until The Final Decision Of The Building Authority Is Issued. In Order To Represent The Customer, The Contractor Will Immediately Draw Up The Necessary Power Of Attorney And During The Proceedings, The Customer Will Provide The Necessary Cooperation To The Contractor At His Request. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Work Not Specified In More Detail, Which, However, Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Work According To This Contract Or Is Customary According To The Rules Of The Profession, And About Which The Contractor Should Or Could Have Known Due To His Qualifications And Experience And The Obligation To Proceed With Professional Care. The Subject Of Performance Is Not The Resolution Of Property Relations, The Settlement Of Ownership Or Use Rights, Negotiations With Or Securing The Consent Of The Owners Of Neighboring Land Or Buildings, Consent To The Establishment Of Easements, Servitudes, Etc. The Customer Undertakes To Ensure All Matters Of Property Law Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, Incl. Any Documentation Of Land Rights Or Other Consents That May Be Required By The Building Authority Or Other Authority As Part Of The Permit Procedure. As A Basis For The Processing Of The Work, The Contractor Is Provided With An Architectural Study, Which Is Attached To This Zd. Another Basis For The Processing Of The Work Is The Results Of The Following Surveys, Which The Client Had Processed In Advance And Which Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor No Later Than 2 Weeks After The Signing Of The Sod (Or At The Time Of Signing The Sod, If They Are Completed): • Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Survey Incl. Infusion Tests; • Radon Survey; • Corrosion Survey (Stray Currents); • Exploratory Research Of The Subsoil And Assessment Of The Suitability Of The Site For Heat Pump Wells; • Dendrological Survey; • Construction And Technical Survey Of All Existing Buildings Affected By The Construction, Incl. Survey Of Their Establishment; • Survey Of The Presence Of Asbestos And Other Hazardous Substances In All Existing Buildings Affected By The Construction; • Targeting And Survey Of Existing Engineering Networks In The Addressed Area - Routes, Connections And Capacities, Incl. Of All Utility Network Connections To Buildings Affected By The Construction.
