This Notice Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tenders, But A Request For Information With Which The Länsi-Uusimaa Welfare Region Initiates A Market Dialogue And Finds Out Suppliers Interest In Bidding For The Procurement Of Cbrne* Analyzing Meters. The Länsi-Uusimaa Welfare Region Will Initially Purchase One Gas Analyzer, One Solid And Liquid Substance Analyzer And One Dose Rate/Radiation Source Identifying Meter For The Use Of The Länsi-Uusimaa Rescue Service. Possibly Later In The Contract Period, Other Pieces Of Analyzers And Another Meter Will Be Acquired. Acquired Analyzers And Meters Are Used In Accident And Threat Situations Where Chemical Or Biological Substances, Radiation, Nuclear Substances Or Explosives May Occur. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Improve The Operational Readiness Of The West Uusimaa Rescue Service And To Improve The Work Safety Of The Rescue And First Aid Personnel In The Aforementioned Accident And Threat Situations. With The Acquired Measuring Equipment, The Composition Of Chemical Substances And Compounds And Their Danger To Humans And The Environment Can Be Determined. The Estimated Value Of The Procurement (1–2 Gas Analyzers, 1–2 Solid And Liquid Analyzers And 1–2 Radionuclide Detectors) With Additional Procurement Options Is 200,000 Euros. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Areas: 1. Gas Analyzer 2. Solid And Liquid Analyzer3. A Meter That Identifies The Dose Rate/Radiation Source The Bidder Can Make An Offer For The Sub-Area Or Sub-Areas They Want. It Is Not Necessary To Offer All Areas. One Supplier And One Deputy Supplier Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area. The Länsi-Uusimaa Rescue Service Has Received Partial Funding For The Project From The Eu Internal Security Fund (Eusa-Isf).
