The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Plumbing Fittings And Cast Iron Products In Eight Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 - Supply Of Stopcocks (Sc), Sidewalk Stopcocks (Tsk), Fire Hydrants (Ph) And Pots For Sc And Ph; Separate Position #2 - Delivery Of Pressure Regulators, Shock Absorbers, Y-Filters And Covers For Street Inspection Manholes; Separate Position No. 3 - Delivery Of Water-Ground Clamps, Airmen, Non-Return Valves And Disassembly Links; Separate Position No. 4 - Supply Of Cocking Stopcocks And Components; Separate Position No. 5 - Delivery Of Steel And Galvanized Fittings; Separate Position No. 6 - Supply Of Spherical Shut-Off Valves; Separate Position No. 7 - Delivery Of Hoses, Valves, Filters; Separate Position No. 8 - Delivery Of Components For The Repair Of Building Sewage Diversions. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Estimated Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 (Bgn 156,464.00) Excluding Vat For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In This Case, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. The Individual Estimated Values Of Individual Items #5, #6, #7 And #8 Are Below Eur 79,998.77 (Bgn 156,464.00) And Their Total Value Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Estimated Value Of The Entire Public Procurement. Since Each Of The Estimated Values Of Individual Items No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 And No. 8 Is Below The Threshold Of 25,564.59 Euros (50,000.00 Bgn) Excluding Vat, They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Positions No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 And No. 8 Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Considering The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order, The Residual Value Of Eur 2,034,000.00 (Two Million Thirty-Four Thousand Euros) Excluding Vat (Being The Total Estimated Value For Individual Items From #1 To #4 Inclusive), Is Awarded With This Public Procurement - Through An Open Procedure. All Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority In This Description Are Applicable To Specific Positions From #1 To #4 Inclusive.
