Repair And Maintenance Services – Stability Control Of Trolleybus Contact Line Masts. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Carrying Out Of Stability Tests On The Masts And Their Foundations (Called Assemblies) Of The Trolleybus Network Of The City Of La Chaux-De-Fonds, Neuchâtel And Laténa Operated By Transports Publics Neuchâtelois (Transn). The Objective Is To Verify The Mechanical And Structural Conformity Of The Assemblies Supporting The Network Contact Lines, In Order To Ensure The Safety, Durability And Reliability Of The Infrastructure. The Adjudicator Provides For The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For A Period Of Four 4 Years, Renewable Once For A Maximum Of One Year. The Contract Includes A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche Described In The Specifications. The Absence Of Costing Of The Optional Tranche Will Result In The Exclusion Of The Bidder
