Construction Work – Electrification Of Petite Ile Bus Depot. This Contract Is Part Of The Electrification Project For The Petite-Île Bus Depot, Currently Used For The Outdoor Storage Of Around 80 Buses. In Order To Accommodate Electric Buses, The Site Must Be Fully Equipped With New High And Low Voltage Electrical Infrastructure, As Well As The Structures Necessary For The Placement Of Future Charging Systems And Adapted To The Fire Risk Prevention Measures Specific To Electric-Powered Buses. The Services Include In Particular: 1. High Voltage Electrical Substations And Distribution • Construction Of A New Outdoor Substation To Replace The Existing Guard Post (Complete Demolition Of The Building). This Substation Will Accommodate The Hv Cells, Four 2,000 Kva Dry Transformers, The Low Voltage General Panels And The Auxiliaries. • Adaptation Of The Existing Substation Located In The Main Building, Including The Replacement Of Transformers And The Addition Of A Specific Distribution Panel For Powering The Chargers. • Connection Of Equipment To Stibs Internal High Voltage Network (11 Kv Network). 2. Low Voltage Distribution And Power Supply To Chargers • Supply And Installation Of Cable Trays, Risers, Power Cables And Support Structures For The Transport Of Energy Between Substations And Future Chargers. • Installation Of Low-Voltage Distribution Boards Dedicated To Powering Chargers And Lighting. 3. Load Structures And Metal Fittings • Complete Dismantling Of Existing Gantries And Their Equipment. • Construction Of New Long-Span Metal Gantries Allowing: O The Fixing Of Load Covers, O The Passage Of Cable Trays, O The Integration Of Lighting Fixtures. These Gantries Are Designed To Cover Bus Parking Rows And Support Charging Equipment. 4. Fire Safety And Compartmentalization • Construction Of Prefabricated Concrete Fire Walls In Order To Compartmentalize Parking Lines And Limit The Spread Of A Fire. • Creation Of Firefighter Corridors Complying With Siamu Requirements. • Installation Of Local And General Emergency Stops Allowing Power Cutoff To Chargers. 5. Development Of Exterior Surfaces • Demolition Of Existing Islands And Canopies And Complete Repair Of Concrete Slabs Necessary For Transporting Buses. • Reprofiling Of Slopes, Renewal Of Rainwater Drains And Installation Of Technical Gutters. • Construction Of Localized Slabs Dedicated To The Placement Of Chargers. 6. Lighting And Low Currents • Installation Of A New Exterior Lighting System Meeting Standard En 12464-2, With Several Intensity Levels. • Relocation, Recommissioning And Rewiring Of Low Current Equipment (Cameras, Operational Telephones, Wi-Fi), As Well As Installation Of Cabling
