The Project Is Designed As A Multi-Project With A Total Of Six Functionally And Structurally Differentiated But Closely Interlinked Sub-Projects: 1. Development Of The Entire Property 2. Parking Facility 3. Head Office Ebwo Aör 4. Waste Disposal Company 5. Construction Company With Workshops 6. Main Fire Station With Control Center And Disaster Control The Implementation Is To Take Place In Several Construction Phases By The End Of 2031. Basic Project Management Services Are Commissioned In Accordance With Aho, Issue 9, Project Levels 1 To 4, In All Areas Of Activity (A Organization, Information, Coordination And Documentation; B Qualities And Quantities; C Costs And Financing; D Dates, Capacities And Logistics; E Contracts And Insurance). The Contract Will Also Include Special Services In The Areas Of Value Engineering, Plan Review, Bim Management/Bim Consulting, Sustainability Management, Technical Commissioning Management, Funding Screening, Stakeholder Management And Risk Management, Among Others. A Phased Commissioning Of The Services Is Planned. There Is No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Services.
