Engineering Design Services - Updating The Technical Design For The Reconstruction Of The Road Headings Including The Długi, Boner, Boruta And The Grzmiąc Longitudinal Sections To Pos.. 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of A Sequence Of Heading Workings, Including The Długi Heading, The Boner Heading, The Boruta Heading And The Grzmiąc Longitudinal Section, On Pos. I, In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, In Sections 1-6, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation, And Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Provided For In The Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 3.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop An Update Of The Technical Design Entitled Technical Documentation For The Reconstruction Of A Sequence Of Heading Workings, Including: Długi Drift, Boner Drift, Boruta Drift And The Grzmiąc Longitudinal Section On Level I Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (In Terms Of Updating Design Solutions For Sections 1-6), Prepared By Kghm Cuprum In February 2018, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Design, Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Agreement, Agreeing The Technical Design With The Ordering Partys Services And With The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtaining Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 2) Obtaining Permission From Kzkżs To Perform Works Covered By The Technical Design - Kzkżs Operates In Accordance With The Agreement Of June 21, 2017 On Entrusting The Management Of Certain Matters To The Scope Of Competence Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Krakow (Journal Of Laws Of The Małopolska Province Of June 26, 2017, Item 4200), 3) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, The Investors Cost Estimate And The Material And Financial Schedule For The Works Covered By The Technical Design, 3.3. As Part Of The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Authors Supervision For A Maximum Of 96 Hours. 3.4. The Aim Of The Mining Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Design Documentation Will Be The Reconstruction And Protection Of The Heading Workings At Level I Of The Mine, Due To The Deteriorating Mining Conditions, I.E. Gradual Tightening Of The Workings Causing Deformations Of The Mining Support, Making It Difficult To Access The Mine Leak W I-27 Located In The Długi Heading. 3.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Following Dates: 1) Stage I - Including The Development Of The Technical Design, Agreeing The Content Of The Technical Design With The Services Of The Ordering Party And Kzkżs, Obtaining Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By Krzg And Obtaining Permission From Kzkżs To Perform The Works Covered By The Technical Design, 3) Stage Ii - Including The Execution Of Authors Supervision.
