The Contracting Entity Requests The Execution Of The Works For The Objective Vl-Cl 05 Execution Of Water Supply Networks And Sewerage Networks In The City Of Horezu, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications, As Follows: Object 1 - Horezu Water Supply Network Sub-Object 1.2 Extension Of The Drinking Water Network, L = 2,692 M, Peid, 110 Mm Sub-Object 1.3 Rehabilitation Potable Water Network, L = 11,711 M, Peid, 110 Mm ÷ 315 Mm Object 2 – Horezu Sewage Network Sub-Object 2.1 Rehabilitation Of The Domestic Sewage Network, L = 1,099 M, Pvc Sn8, 250 Mm ÷ 500 Mm; Pafsin Sn10.000 Dn 400 Mm, Dn 500 Mm Sub-Object 2.2 Extension Of The Domestic Sewage Network, L = 13.714 M, Pvc Sn8, 200 Mm, 250 Mm, 315 Mm, Pafsin Sn10.000 Dn 250 Mm, 500 Mm Sub-Object 2.3 Waste Water Pumping Stations, 7 Waste Water Pumping Stations The Works Will Be Executed Simultaneously. The Works Refer To: A) Construction Works; B) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; C) Testing And Commissioning; D) Monitoring And Providing Assistance/Consultancy To The Responsible Personnel During The Defect Notification Period, When Necessary; E) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Defect Notification Period (Warranty Period) Of 36 Months; F) Training Of The Beneficiarys And/Or Operators Personnel The Contract Consists Of The Period Of Execution Of The Works, From The Order To Start The Works, To Which Is Added The Period Of Notification Of Defects/Warranty Period Which Is At Least 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Report To The Completion Of The Works; The Acquisition Of The Sectoral Works Contract Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Regional Project Regional Project For The Development Of Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Valcea County, A Project That Will Be Co-Financed From Cohesion Funds, Through The Sustainable Development Program. 2.3 The General And Specific Objectives Of The Regional Project For The Development Of Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Valcea County: The General Objective Regarding The Investment Measures Is The Improvement Of The Drinking Water Infrastructure And Water Used In Valcea County For Compliance With The Obligations Negotiated By Romania In The Accession Treaty And The Objectives Of The Water Projects Based On Which They Must Be Developed. The Specific Objectives Of The Project Are: - Ensuring Compliance With The National And European Legislation Agreed Between Romania And The Eu In The Environmental Sector. The Measure Will Achieve: A) Compliance With The Directive 2184/Ce Of The Ec Regarding The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, As It Was Transposed Into The Romanian Legislation By Ordinance No. 7/2023;
