Construction Work - Rehabilitation Of Pavements Next To The Southern Quay Of The Ii Section Of The Ruse-West Port Terminal. The Pavements On The Open Areas, Laid Next To The Southern Part Of Warehouse No. 2 Two-Story And Along The Under-Crane Road, Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs. The Rest Is Covered With A Paved Surface On A Sandy Base. As A Result Of Long-Term Operation And Intensive Loading, The Concrete Pavements Are Cracked And With Different Depths Of Sinking. The Paved Surface Is Worn. Large Caverns Have Formed In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Crane Road And The Railway Tracks. There Is No Drainage System. The Central Water Heating (Chp) To The Ruse-West Port Terminal Has Been Interrupted For Many Years And Is Not Functioning. The Supply Pipes Laid In The Reinforced Concrete Manifold Have Rotted, With A Large Part Of The Covers Cracked And Sunken. This Makes It Difficult For Trucks And Mobile Rear Machinery (Forklifts) To Move To The Covered Storage Areas.
