Ivago Is Looking For A Provider For The Processing, In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, And The Possible Prior Transshipment Of The Next Package Of Waste Flows Selectively Collected At The 6 Recycling Parks (Of Ghent And Destelbergen) And Of A Number Of Waste Flows From Specific City Services. Ivago Expects The Tenderer To Provide A Complete, Safe And Legally Compliant Solution For The Transshipment, Transport And Processing Of The Specified Waste Flows From Recycling Parks And City Services. The Transport Of The Containers To The Processor Is Not Part Of The Assignment: This Is Done By Ivago And The City Services Themselves (An Exception Is The Transport Of Eps And Plastic Films Collected In Bags). Ivago Must Be Able To Quickly Deliver Its Waste Flows To The Processor Every Weekday Between 6 A.M. And 5 P.M. And On Saturdays Until 12 Noon Or 5 P.M. The Transports Will Often Take Place On Mondays Or Before 9:00 Am On Other Weekdays. The Assignment Covers A Period Of 4 Years And Starts On July 1, 2026. The Bestek Concerns The Following Package Of Waste Flows And Estimated Quantities, With A Total Weight Of Approximately 9340 Tons/Year: • Asbestos-Containing Materials (Double Packaged) – Closed 20 M3 Container: 235 Tons • Plasterboard, Plaster Blocks, Plaster Ceiling Panels - Closed 20 M3 Container: 550 Tons • Cellular Concrete (Ytong) - Open 22 M3 Container: 60 Tons (Estimate) • Hard Plastics, Garden Furniture, Shelves - Open 30 M3 Container: 690 Tons • Wood B - Open 30 M3 Container: 5,400 Tons • Wood C (Train Sleepers) - Open 6 Or 15 M3 Container: 45 Tons • Metals (Fe, Cu, Pb, Zn, Al ...) - Open 30 M3 Container: 1340 Tons • Roofing – Open 22 M3 Container: 135 Tons • Flat Glass – Closed 20 M3 Container: 300 Tons • Insulation Wool & Rock Wool (Pure) – Closed 20 M3 Container: 20 Tons (Estimate) • Eps (Styrofoam Or Isimo) Collected In Bags: 40 Tons • Plastic Films Collected In Bags: 20 Tons For For The 2 Light Fractions (Eps And Plastic Films), Ivago Expects An All-In Price Per Trip Or Per Bag, Including Collection From The 6 Recycling Parks On A Weekly Basis. The Processing Of The Waste Fractions Listed Below Is Outside The Scope Of The Assignment: - Weee (Discarded Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Recupel) - Waste Tires (Recytyre) Ivago Provides Collection Containers For Each Waste Stream Included In This Assignment In Which The Respective Material Is Stored Pending Disposal. The Provider Must Be Responsible For The Processing Location With Delivery Bunker And/Or A Transhipment Location At A Maximum Of 30 Km Driving Distance (Calculated On The Basis Of The Shortest Distance By Road, One-Way Via Routenet With 40 T Truck) From The Central Point (Ivago Head Office, Pilot Garden Street 43, 9000 Ghent). In The Event Of Transhipment, The Provider Is Responsible For And The Transport From The Transshipment Location To The Processor And For The Processing Of The Waste Stream Itself.
