Rolling Stock – Delivery Of Bemu Battery Railway Units To Gw Train Regio A.S. (Pilsen Region). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of 12 Bemu Railway Units (Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicles) Fully Capable Of Operating On Railway Lines With A Gauge Of 1,435 Mm In The Territory Of The Czech Republic, Including All Permits, Approvals, Consents And Registrations, Which, According To Legislation, Are Valid On The Date Of Handover Of The Respective Vehicle To The Contracting Authority And Are Necessary For The Operation And Use Of The Delivered Vehicles, And Which Will Enable The Contracting Authority To Properly And Without Restrictions Operate And Use The Vehicles In The Territory Of The Czech Republic. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Delivery Of Technical Documentation Pertaining To The Vehicles.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Given In The Tender Documentation.
