The Bavarian State Tax Office Needs An Estimated Total Of 52,000,000 Sheets Of Continuous Paper (Form No. 203) Over A Period Of Two Years For The Printing And Shipping Center. To Minimize Risk And Ensure Continuous Operation, Two Bidders Will Be Awarded The Contract; The Total Amount Will Be Divided Equally Between The Two Contractors. The Agreement Has A Minimum Term Of Two Years From The Acceptance Of The Contract And Can Be Extended Twice By The Contracting Parties For One Year Each (Max. Term Of 4 Years). The Demand Is Covered By Partial Calls; Partial Deliveries Are Planned With At Least 1,000,000 Sheets Each. The Estimated Annual Call Volume Is 26,000,000 Sheets. Taking All Extension Options Into Account, The Maximum Retrieval Quantity Is 104,000,000 Sheets. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Purchase The Maximum Quantity.
