The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of 35 Pieces Of Bemu Railway Units (Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicles) Fully Suitable For Operation On Railway Lines With A Gauge Of 1,435 Mm In The Territory Of The Czech Republic, Including All Permits, Approvals, Consents And Registrations That Are Valid According To The Legislation On The Date Of Handover Of The Relevant Vehicle To The Contracting Authority And Are Necessary For The Operation And Use Of The Supplied Vehicles, And Which Will Enable The Contracting Authority To Operate And Use The Vehicles Properly And Without Restrictions In The Territory Of The Czech Republic.
