1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Rudka.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Construction Of Municipal Road No. 122498L Class D On The Section From Km 0+004.22 To Km0+500.00 As A Single-Road, Single-Lane, Two-Way Road By Construction Of A New Road Structure Made Of Asphalt Concrete With A Width Of 3.5 M; - Construction Of Passing Passages With A Road Width Of 5.0 M In A Number Ensuring Adequate Visibility And Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations; - Construction Of Roadsides Improved Dirt With A Width Of 0.75; - Construction Of Exits; - Construction Of An Intersection With The District Road No. 1823L And Municipal Road No. 122498L; - Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Municipal Road And On The District Road In The Intersection Area; - Implementation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings; - Cutting Down Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Designed Infrastructure.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Construction Design, Permanent Traffic Organization, Zrid Decision, Geological Opinion, Taking Into Account Explanations Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), With The Proviso That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From The Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding, 3) Bills Of Quantities Works. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 1) And Stwiorb.
