The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion And Reconstruction Of A Village Community Center As Part Of The Investment Task: Expansion And Reconstruction Of A Village Community Center For The Needs Of A Tourist Service Center, Construction Of A Bicycle Shelter, Construction Of A Tourist Shelter Along With Land Development. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: - Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Village Community Center Building; - Construction Of A Bicycle Shelter; - Construction Of A Tourist Shelter With A Barbecue;- Demolition Of The Existing Building; - Construction Of A Fireplace Area; - Construction Of A Fence With Gates And Wickets; - Development Of The Area, Including Hardening, Access Roads, Green Areas; - Elements Of Small Architecture; - Construction Of Water And Sewage Connections; - Construction Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 240 X 120 Cm; - Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate; - Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 3 Order: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.1) Swz And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence During The Implementation Of The Contract Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 1) Swz And Stwiorb. Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement That Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Tor Should Be Accepted As Binding.
