1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Replacing Wooden Floors With Pvc Carpets In Classrooms, Offices, Common Room, Corridors On The First Floor Of Primary School No. 2 In Ustka, Located At 1 Jagiellońska Street. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Construction Works: 2.1. Demolition Works;2.2. Preparatory Works;2.3. Works Related To The Replacement Of Floors;2.4. Cleaning Works;2.5. Any Other Works Necessary To Be Performed During The Implementation Of The Above. Works;3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works Was Included In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz Called Description Of The Subject Of The Order. An Auxiliary Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.4. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 36 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Contract.5. The Required Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works Is 60 Months.6. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Following Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 6.1. Preparatory Works;6.2. Demolition Works;6.3. Works Related To Laying Floors;6.4. Cleaning Works;They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.7. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.8. Additional Information:8.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Plan The Works In Such A Way That Their Implementation Does Not Pose A Safety Risk; 8.2. The Ordering Party Informs That Any Indication In The Design Documentation And Other Documents Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of A Trademark, Patent, Own Name Or Other Terms Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Constitute A Requirement To Use This Material Or Device (Indicated By Its Name), And Only Such Indications Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party;8.3.
