The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Demolition Works Of Buildings Included In The Kowr Records As A Residential Building, Inventory No. 18-2*B And A Wooden Shed Inventory No. 5/108/2024 Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Landscaping Located On Plot 122, Łąkie Registration District, Studzienice Commune, Bytów Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Described In The Construction Design For Demolition Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Valuation Of Recycled Materials And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. This Demolition Will Be Carried Out Based On The Demolition Permit Issued By Decision Of The Starost Of Bytów No. 146/2025/S Of May 16, 2026 (Letter Number Ab.If.S.6741.2.2025), Certificate Of The Starost Of Bytów No. 35/2025/S Of June 4, 2025 On The Finality Of The Decision (Ref. Letters: Ab.If.S.314.1.3.2025).4. The Scope Of Demolition Works Includes: 1) Fencing And Marking Of The Demolition Site, 2) Complete Demolition Of The Facilities Along With Foundations And Other Elements Constituting Components And Functional Parts Located On The Surface And Below The Surface, 3) Tidying Up And Cleaning The Construction Site Of Rubble And Other Demolition Residues And Removing Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Waste Act, 4) Planting To The Level Of The Surrounding Ground And Tidying Up The Construction Site, 5) Removal Of All Items Stored From Demolished Facilities And Access Roads, Including Garbage, Grass, Bushes And Other Objects Resulting From The Technical Documentation And Technology Of Demolition Works, And Removing Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Regulations On Waste (The Residential Building Contains Furniture, Windows, Doors, Tires, Electronic Waste, Etc.)6) Performance Of Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Technical Documentation And Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, 7) Notifying All Relevant Architectural And Construction Administration Authorities, Supervision Authorities And Institutions Before Commencing Demolition Works, In Accordance With The Law, 8) Securing The Existing Tree Stand And Securing Other Objects That May Be Damaged During Demolition Works, 9) Preparing By An Authorized Person And Delivering To The Ordering Party As-Built Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Order To Introduce Any Changes To The Land And Building Records, Together With Confirmation Of Submitting The Above Documents To The District Office.5.
