1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of A Room For The Needs Of A Handy Weapons Warehouse In Building No. 42 Of The Legionowo Csp.2. The Full Scope Of Works Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; The Technical Documentation Of The Building Is Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 3. For The Purposes Of Modernizing The Room For The Needs Of A Handy Weapons Warehouse, The Ordering Party Commissioned A Technical Assessment Of The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Ceiling In Building No. 42, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed By The End Of October 2026 At The Latest.5. All Built-In Devices And Construction Products Should Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Visit Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. (47) 725 38 98.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.9. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.10. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, According To Annex No. 8 To Swz.11. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Demonstrate That They Have People Capable Of Performing The Order And Having The Necessary Knowledge And Experience. For This Purpose, The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz, That The Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have The Required Qualifications In Accordance With The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Law, And Current Industry Qualifications, Fully Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Field Of: - General Construction Industry; - Electrical Installations; - Installations Telecommunications.12. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Demonstrate That They Employ At Least Two People Under An Employment Relationship In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act, Who Will Participate In The Implementation Of The Task, Having A Sep E Qualification Certificate - Min. 1 Person And Entry On The List Of Qualified Technical Security Employees - Min. 1 Person. For This Purpose, The Contractor Attaches A Declaration, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz, That The Persons Who Will Participate In The Performance Of The Order Are Employed Under An Employment Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities
