1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Office Equipment For The Implementation Of The Ezd Rp System (Hereinafter Referred To As - Equipment), Including: 1) A4 Scanner With An Automatic Feeder Compatible With The Ezd Rp System - 14 Pcs., 2) A3 Scanner With An Automatic Feeder Compatible With The Ezd Rp System - 1 Pc., 3) Barcode Printer - 13 Pcs., 4) Reader Barcodes – 16 Pcs.2. Detailed Specification And Minimum Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Together With: 1) Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Prepared In Polish, Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use Or To Indicate The Manufacturers Publicly Available Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation. If The Operating Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Allow The Manual/Documentation In English.2) With All Accessories Constituting The Sales Set.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Equipment That Is Brand New, Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards, Covered By The Warranty Period Specified By The Contractor In The Content Of The Offer. The Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers.5. The Contractor Indicates One Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Begins On The Day The Equipment Covered By The Order Is Received Without Any Comments). 6. Indicating Several Warranty Periods Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.7. The Contractor, Regardless Of The Warranty, Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Equipment. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects In The Equipment Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Warranty. The Exercise Of Rights Under The Warranty Does Not Affect The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty. However, If The Ordering Party Exercises The Rights Under The Warranty, The Deadline For Exercising The Rights Under The Warranty Is Suspended On The Date Of Notifying The Contractor About The Defect. This Period Continues To Run From The Date Of Failure To Perform The Obligations Arising From The Warranty Or The Ineffective Expiry Of The Time For Their Performance. The Warranty Period For Defects Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments.8. Warranty Service Will Be Provided At The Place Of Use Of The Equipment, With The Possibility Of Repair At The Manufacturers Service Center If Repair At The Place Of Use Of The Equipment By The Ordering Party Turns Out To Be Impossible. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Undertake Service Activities At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within A Period Not Exceeding 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification.10.
