Removal Of The Autumn Planting (Pots - 3 Pcs.). Transport Of The Flower Pots In Question To The Ordering Partys Warehouse. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Service Specification - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.2. Equivalent Solutions. 2.1. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Indicated Trademarks, Manufacturer, Supplier, Approvals, Marking Of Standards, Patents Or Origin Of Materials, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.2.2. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
