The Subject Of The Order Is Part I - Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Nursery In The Building Of The Primary School In Nowa Słupia. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 8A1 And 8A2 To The Swz, Which Is A List Of The Assortment Including Technical Specifications And Required Parameters. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Users Safety Requirements And Standards And Have All The Required Approvals And Certificates Under The Applicable Legal Provisions, Allowing For Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, And Must Have A Ce Certificate And Be Marked With The Ce Mark. The Ordering Party Demands That The Offered Furniture Products Have An Fsc Certificate Confirming That The Wood Used For Their Production Came From Sustainably Managed Forests. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offer With The Requirements, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer: - A Completed Form Of The List Of The Offered Assortment, Including The Technical Specification And Delivery Parameters For A Given Part, Constituting Annex No. 8A1, 8A2, Respectively - For Part No. 1 And No. 8B1 And 8B2 For Part No. 2. - Fsc Certificate Confirming That The Wood Raw Material Used For The Production Of Furniture Included In The The Offered Subject Of The Contract Comes From Sustainably Managed Forests.
