1. Purpose And Objectives Of The Procurement The Kuusan Youth Association Is Requesting Bids For The Grandstand And Roof Project. The Project Includes The Following Entities: - Summer Theater Grandstand: Approx. 600 Seats, Wooden Structure.- Auditorium Canopy: Approx. 500 M², Steel Frame.- Break Area Canopy: Approx. 320 M², Wooden Frame. -Auxiliary And Sanitary Facilities: Approx. 165 M². The Customer Will Carry Out Part Of The Work With Tallow. Location: Koskelantie 43, 41370 Kuusa. 2. Content Of The Contract And Request For Tenders The Project Includes Three (3) Different Total Contracts To Be Offered (The Offer Must Include All Work, Supplies, Travel Expenses And Obligations): 1. Construction Contract – Grandstand (Approx. 600 Seats), Grandstand Canopy (Approx. 500 M²), Break Area Canopy (Approx. 320 M²), Auxiliary Facilities And Sanitary Facilities (Approx. 165 M²), Noise Wall Approx. 12 M And All Related Construction Works And Foundations. 2.Hvac Contract – The Project Includes The Implementation Of Water, Sewerage And Ventilation Systems According To The Plans.– The Hvac Contract Is Subordinated To The Main Contract In Accordance With Yse 1998 §5–6. 3.Electrical Contract – Electrical Systems, Lighting, Supply And Control Systems And Other Electrical Technical Works According To The Plans.– The Electrical Contract Is Subordinated To The Main Contract Yse 1998 In Accordance With §5–6. Technical Interfaces (Hvac And Electricity) - Excavation Work: The Construction Contractor Digs And Fills The Electrical And Hvac Routes. Electrical And Hvac Contractors Install Pipes/Cables In An Open Trench. - Penetrations: The Construction Contractor Makes The Reservations And Seals. Talotekniikka Installers Are Responsible For Placing Their Own Pipes. - Electricity Supply: The Electrical Contractor Connects The Equipment (E.G. Ventilation), The Hvac Contractor Supplies The Equipment And The Necessary Sensors. Other- The Tenderer Must Provide A Fixed-Price Offer For Each Item (1-3) He Offers Separately (Vat 0%). - More Detailed Technical Information And Drawings Can Be Found In The Plans And Documents Attached To The Tender Request. The Specifications Of The Construction Drawings Are Used As The Basis And Implementation Of The Offers. - Bids Are Valid For 3 Months.- The Customer Does Not Process Alternative Offers.- Noise-Causing Work Must Be Carried Out On Weekdays Between 7:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M. (At Other Times, Advance Approval From The Customer Is Required).- Scheduling Is Agreed Between The Contractors During The Decision Stage.- The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Construction Contractor Must Take Into Account The Main Contractors Obligations And Costs Arising From The Subcontracting Of Side Contracts (Hvac And Electricity) In His Bid Price. Schedule, Delay Penalties And Warranty The Schedule Is Critical Due To The Summer Theater Performance Season.-Demolition: The Customer Will Demolish The Old Structures (Excluding The Foundations) With Talons From 3.8. Warranty: -General Warranty Period: 2 Years (Starts From The Accepted Acceptance Of The Entire Contract).-Special Warranty: Water Cover 10 Years And Steel Structures 5 Years.-Ten-Year Liability: Liability For Latent Defects In Accordance With Yse 1998 10 Years.-The Contractor Must Set The Guarantees In Accordance With The General Contract Conditions In The Construction Industry (Yse 1998). *The Construction Time Deposit Is 10% Of The Contract Price (Vat 0%) *The Warranty Period Deposit Is 2% Of The Contract Price (Vat 0%). The Guarantee Must Be Valid For 3 Months Beyond The End Of The Guarantee Period. *A Bank Guarantee, An Insurance Company Guarantee Or Other Security Accepted By The Customer Is Accepted As Security. Subcontractors- The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Customer Of The Subcontractors He Uses Before Starting Their Work. Certificates According To The Customer Liability Act Are Required For The Entire Chain.-The Customer Has The Right To Reject A Subcontractor If He Does Not Meet The Suitability Requirements Or The Obligations According To The Customer Liability Act. Professional Requirements:-Electricity: Tukes Registration (S1 Or S2). Tax Number For All Employees. - The Active Use Of The Youth Clubs Yard And Building Must Be Taken Into Account In Occupational Safety. Exclusion And Suitability And Presentations Of Bidders (Procurement Act 1397/2016) Mandatory Grounds For Exclusion (Section 80): The Procurement Unit Excludes The Tenderer From The Tender If The Tenderer Or A Member Of Its Administrative, Management Or Supervisory Body Is Subject To The Legally Binding Provisions Referred To In Section 80 Of The Procurement Act Judgment.
