The Order Is Subject To Service And Includes Technical Maintenance Of Fire Extinguishing Equipment In The Sites Operated By Umer Sofia City, Tsu Of Eso Ead, Tsu West And Tsu According To The Requirements Of The Regulatory Acts And The Manufacturers, For A Period Of 24 Months. The Facilities Of Umer Sofia City Have Portable And Hand-Carried Powder Fire Extinguishers And Co2 Fire Extinguishers, With Different Amounts Of Extinguishing Agent. The Facilities Where The Fire Extinguishers Are Located Are Located Throughout The Territory Of The City Of Sofia. The Quantities Of Fire Extinguishers Are As Follows: 1. Pg With Water Or Foam - 46 Pcs. 2. Fire Extinguishers With Powder Or Halon Extinguishing Agent - 377 Pcs. 3. Fire Extinguishers With Co2 -346 Pcs. The Total Number Of Fire Extinguishers In Operation In The Sites Served By The City Of Sofia City Municipality, Central Office Of Eso Ead, Tsu West And Tsu Is 769 Units. The Different Categories Of Fire Extinguishers And Their Quantities Are Specified In Section I. Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number And Type Of Fire Extinguishers. Scope Of Service: - Periodic Inspection Of The Condition Of The Fire Extinguishers, According To The Methodology And Requirements Of The Normative Acts And Manufacturers, With Marking Of The Expiration Date Until The Next Inspection. - Repair Of The Fire Extinguishers, Which Were Found To Be Defective During The Inspection. - At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, Refilling Of Used Fire Extinguishers And Repair Of Fire Extinguishers That Have Failed During Their Useful Life. - Placing A Permanent Identification Mark On The Bottles. The Order Will Be Executed At The Base Of The Contractor Company, And For This Purpose The Latter Should Use Its Own Transport. When Taking Fire Extinguishers From The Sites, The Contractor Company Supplies The Necessary Quantity Of Suitable Fire Extinguishers, Until The Time Of Return Of The Taken Ones For Inspection, Repair And Refilling. Replaced Damaged Parts Are Returned To The Employer For Proof Of Replacement. The Acceptance And Delivery Of Both The Circulating And The Fire Extinguishers Taken From The Sites For Inspection Or Returned To The Sites After Inspection, Repair Or Recharging, As Well As The Damaged Parts, Will Be Done With Signed Bilateral Acceptance-Transmission Protocols Prepared By The Contractor.
