The Subject Of This Order Will Cover Dismantling And Delivery And Installation Activities Of Coarse And Fine Grids In The Grates Building Of The Kazanlak Wwtp. A Conceptual Project Has Been Prepared In Two Versions. The First Option Was Chosen, As Technically And Economically More Advantageous. After That, A Technical Project Was Prepared. The Option Includes Replacing The Grids While Maintaining The Width And Cross-Section Of The Existing Channels – 150 Cm. For This Purpose, The Coarse And Fine Grates In Two Of The Channels Are Dismantled And New Coarse And Fine Grates Are Installed, With Appropriate Dimensions And Waste Disposal Height. The Belt Conveyor For Coarse Mesh Waste And The Screw Conveyor For Fine Mesh Waste Are Retained. A New Compactor For Fine Grid Waste Is Being Installed. The Warranty Period Of The Grids Cannot Be Less Than 12 (Twelve) Months. The Replacement Of The Grids Does Not Require A Building Permit, Provided The Following Conditions Are Met Simultaneously: Does Not Change: • The Capacity Of The Wwtp • The Technological Scheme • The Flow Rate Or Hydraulics Of The Wwtp • The Construction Of The Facility • The Wwtp Discharge Regime The Old Grid Is Replaced With A Similar Or More Efficient One, The Installation Is In An Existing Channel, There Is No New Construction Or Expansion. This Falls Under Art. 151, Para. 1, Item 1 Zut - Current Repair For Which No Building Permit Is Required. In The Event That The Offered Product Does Not Meet Any Of The Requirements Set Forth In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation On The Basis Of Art. 107, Item 2, Letter A Of The Law On Public Procurement.
