The Location Of The Properties Planned For The Construction Of Streets Is As Follows: According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Lukovit - Pi With Identifiers 44327.502.9947, 44327.502.9922, 44327.502.9606 And 44327.502.9605. According To The Regulatory Plan Of The City — Street With Axis Points 34, 34A, 33, 32 [Between Districts 227 On The One Hand And 37 And 39 On The Other/, Street With Axis Points 34A; 43A, 44, 45 [Between Districts 39 On The One Hand And 37 And 38 On The Other/ And Street With Axis Points 43A, 43, 42 [Between Districts 37 And 38/ The Planned Streets According To The Citys Regulatory Plan Have Not Been Implemented On Site. In Connection With The Intention Of The Municipality Of Lukovit To Lease The Land For The Realization Of The Retail Park, It Is Necessary To Provide The Same With The Adjacent Elements Of The Transport And Technical Infrastructure. Situationally, Three Project Streets With Three Project Axes Have Been Developed, As Much As Possible With The Current Rp Of The Town Of Lukovit. The First Street That Separates From Ivan Vazov Street Develops Along Os 1 From O.T.34, Through O.T.34A To The Property Boundary With Pi9918. The Length Of The Street Is 113.56M, The Width Of The Street Lane Is 6.00M And A Sidewalk On The Left Along R.Km. With A Width Of 3.00 M. The Street Is Separated From Ivan Vazov Street By Two Curb Curves With Radii R—6M And R=3M. The Second Street, Developing Along Os 2, Which Separates From Os 1, Starts From O.T.34A, Through O.T.4Za To O.T.45. The Length Of The Street Is 198.77M, The Width Of The Street Lane Varies From 5.00M To 6.00M And A Sidewalk On The Left And Partly On The Right Along R.Km. With A Width Ranging From 1.25 To 1.50 M. The Street Is Separated From Os 1 By Two Curb Curves With Radii Of R=3.5 M. The Third Street, Developing Along Os 3, Which Separates From Os 2, Starts From O.T.4Za Through O.T.4Z To The Beginning Of The Sidewalk On Ivan Vazov Street. The Length Of The Street Is 28.44M, The Width Of The Street Lane Is 6.00M And A Sidewalk On The Left Along R.Km. With A Width Of 1.95 M And A Sidewalk On The Right Along The River Km. With A Width Of 1.20 M. The Street Is Separated From Os2 By Two Curb Curves With Radii Of R=3.0 M. The Street Is Completely Excavated And Is Accordingly Supported By A Wall Of Concrete Road Strips, According To The Detailed Cross-Sections.
