The Contractor Under This Public Procurement Should Carry Out Construction And Installation Works According To An Approved Technical Investment Project, Equipped In Part: Road, Traffic Organization - Permanent And Temporary, Geodesy, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan And Puso. The Road Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Project Covers A Section Outside Populated Areas. The Beginning Of The Section Is Km 4+030 - Point 1 The End Of The Regulation Of The Village Of Prolesha In The Direction Of The Village Of Herakovo. The End Of The Section Is At Km 5+060 - O.T. 149, Beginning Of The Regulation Of The Village Of Herakovo. The Total Length Is L=1030M. The Site Has Been Issued Building Permit No. 230 Dated 08/26/2025. By The Chief Engineer Of Bozhurishte Municipality, According To Order No. 42/15.06.2022. Of The Chief Architect, According To Which The Object Is The Iii-Th Category, According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Letter A Of Zut And Art. 6, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of Ordinance No. 1/2003. For The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Purpose Of The Execution Of The Public Contract Is To Restore And Improve The Transport And Operational Qualities And The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement And The Road Body With A View To Ensuring The Necessary Conditions For Traffic Safety And Improving The Drainage Of The Road. Existing Situation Of The Facility: The Route Develops Through Mostly Flat Terrain With A Relatively Good Situation With Curves With Large Radii. The Existing Minimum Longitudinal Slope Is 0.28% And The Maximum Is 2.88%. The Road Is Almost Entirely Off-Road In Places With Earthen Trenches. There Are The Following Roadside Elements: Ditches: Earthen, Almost Buried And Heavily Overgrown - Bushes And Trees, Benches: About 1 M Wide, Heavily Overgrown With Grass And Bushes, Making It Difficult To Determine The Boundary Of The Pavement, Safety Elastic Fence: Absent. The Section Has An Asphalt-Concrete Pavement In A Very Bad Condition, Very Worn, With Transverse And Longitudinal Cracks And Joints, With Numerous Sections With Network-Like Cracks - In Many Places It Has Collapsed Or Has Been Patched Over The Years Manually With Unformed Concrete Layers. The Pavement Consists Of Dense Asphalt Concrete About 4-5 Cm And A Road Base Of Crushed Stone 20-30 Cm Thick. The Size Of The Road Is As Follows: Pavement - Width From 4.2 M To 5.5 M, Benches - Width About 1.00 M, Heavily Overgrown, And The Boundary With The Pavement Is Not Visible. There Are No Road Junctions Along The Route, Agricultural Discharges Are Available. There Are No Large Facilities In The Area, There Is An Existing 1 Pc. A Drain With An Opening F40, Which Is Sealed. It Is In Very Poor Condition And Needs To Be Replaced With A Larger Bore. In The Open Road, The Drainage Is Superficial, Through The Transverse Slope Of The Pavement Towards The Earth Trenches And Drains. There Are No Communications To Other Departments In The Section.
