The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Will Lead To The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Represent And Protect The Interests Of The Employer Throughout The Investment Process. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Fulfilling All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Related To The Construction Activities In Accordance With The Technical Norms And Requirements Of The Legislation Related To The Construction (Mainly Zut And The By-Laws). The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Activities On: Preparation Of Project Documentation For Removal Of Construction According To Art. 197, Para. 1 Of Zut; Preparatory Works - Removal Of An Existing Fence And Fencing Of The Field With A High Construction Fence, According To The Project Under Part Pbz, Dismantling Of Park Furniture And Childrens Equipment In The Yard Of The Kindergarten And Their Transportation For Storage To A Place Specified By The Contracting Authority And Other Necessary Preparatory Activities; Removal/Dismantling Of Asbestos-Containing Elements In The Building, Incl. Survey Of Asbestos Locations, Preparation Of An Asbestos Removal Plan, Its Approval Until Obtaining A Permit, Dismantling, Packaging, Transportation And Disposal, Securing The Perimeter And All Other Necessary Activities According To Regulatory Requirements; Implementation Of Cmr For The Removal Of The Entire Existing Building And All Underground Facilities And Installations, All Necessary Activities For Carrying Out The Construction - Destructive Works And Removal, Storage And Disposal Of The Construction Waste, Reverse Embankment, Cleaning And Leveling Of The Construction Site; The Contractor Has The Task Of Providing All The Necessary Means To Carry Out Design, Preparatory Activities, Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Elements From The Building, Removal Of The Building - Specialized Machinery, Mechanization, Equipment And Team, Observing All Safety And Health Requirements. The Removal Of Asbestos Containing Materials And Elements Must Be Carried Out By A Specialist Contractor In Asbestos Removal/Dismantling - Cleaning, Removal And Removal Of Asbestos Materials. Pursuant To Ordinance No. 9 Of 08/04/2006 On The Protection Of Workers From Risks Related To Exposure To Asbestos At Work, Demolition And/Or Dismantling Of Asbestos And Asbestos-Containing Products Are Carried Out By Legal Entities Or Individuals Who Have Been Issued Permits Under The Health Act. When Disassembling Park Furniture And Facilities In The Yard, They Must Be Kept And Transported To A Place Specified By The Employer. The Facilities Will Be Reused, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Integrity And Good Technical And Operational Condition. Demolition Of The Building Must Be Carried Out Manually And Mechanized In A Manner Specified In The Project Under The Construction Part, With Collection, Loading And Transportation Of Construction Waste, Providing For Site Restoration Activities, Fencing With Temporary Or Permanent Fences, Etc.
