Concession Of Property - Concession Of Use Of Property Belonging To The Municipality, For The Exploitation Of Industrial Activity, Described As Follows: A Land Of 800.00M² Located In The Industrial District Of The Municipality, Subject Of Part Of Registration No. 8941 Of The Property Registry Of The District Of Nova Prata/Rs, Under Which An Industrial Pavilion Of 12X25m (300,000M) Is Built. 00M²), With A Ceiling Height Of 5.50M, Closed In Masonry And Covered In A Metal Structure, With A Concrete Floor, Intended For The Development Of Activities Such As: Manufacture Of Metal Frames; Body Shop, Locksmith Shop And Other Related, Considering The Characteristics And Facilities Of The Property. The Property Must Fulfill Its Social And Economic Function (Generation Of Employment And Income), As Established In Municipal Law No. 566/1999.
