Prior Information Notice For Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services – Comprehensive Organization Of National Study Visits For Stakeholders Of The Process Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska With The Right Of Option. The Order Includes The Organization Of National Study Visits For Stakeholders Of The Process Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska In The Łódź And Greater Poland Voivodeships And Under The Option Law In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The Basic Order Covers The Organization Of A Minimum Of 1 Visit And A Maximum Of 2 Study Visits, While Option No. 1 Covers The Organization Of 1 Visit. Option No. 2 Concerns An Additional Point Of The Program - It Can Be Implemented As An Additional Element Under Both The Basic Order And Option No. 1. The 2-Day Visits Are Intended For A Minimum Of 15 And A Maximum Of 30 Stakeholders In The Process Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska. As Part Of The Basic Order And Option No. 1, The Contractor Will Ensure, As Part Of Each Visit, The Following: Development Of The Visit Program, Providing Organizational, Coordination And Photographic Care, Including Providing A Visit Coordinator And Logistic Service, Participants Insurance, Accommodation, Meals, Transport Along The Visit Route And Providing Information Materials.
