Scanning Services – Framework Agreement For Scanning Work From The Lbeg Archives. The State Office For Mining, Energy And Geology (Hereinafter Referred To As Lbeg) Intends To Award A Contract To Digitize Part Of Its Analogue Data Stocks. The Lbeg Archive Contains Around 60,000 Archive Items That Are Worth Digitizing. Within The Contract Period (Three Years From The Award Date), It Is Planned To Digitize Up To 2,500,000 A4 Pages And 10,000 Large-Format Documents (Usually Maps, See Chapter 1.1 Letter A) In The Form Of A Framework Contract (Call-Off Contract). The Holdings Are Documents Of Different Ages On Geoscientific Topics Such As: - Scientific Papers, Reports And Reports - Geoscientific Maps (E.G. Geological/Hydrogeological Maps) - Other Geoscientific Representations (E.G. Profile Sections, Geophysical Sections) - E.G. T. Handwritten Work Documents Digitization Includes Scanning The Analogue Data Sets As Well As Recording Specified Data For The Scans In An Excel Table. Some Of The Archive Items Are Sensitive And Confidential Documents.
