The Subject Of Performance Is The Provision Of The Required Volume Of Hours Of Relevant Performance, Consisting Of The Following Activities: - Electrical Assembly Work Of Hv Up To 35 Kv And Lv, - Completion Work Of Řs (Control System), Fm (Frequency Converter), - Repairs Of Electrical Equipment, In The Environment Of Surface Mines, I.E. The Environment Under The Supervision Of The Mining Administration. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement With Several Suppliers, But With A Maximum Of Three (3) Suppliers), If The Contracting Authority Is Unable To Select The Specified Maximum Number Of Suppliers Due To The Fact That A Sufficient Number Of Bids Were Not Submitted Or These Bids Did Not Meet The Requirements Set By Zzvz Or The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude A Framework Agreement Only With Those Participants In The Procurement Procedure Who Have Met These Requirements, And Even Only With By One Supplier, Or May Cancel The Procurement Procedure. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs.
