Prior Information Notice For Environmental Decontamination Services – Cleaning Of Frederikshavn Harbour. Carrying Out Cleaning Of All Or Parts Of Frederikshavn Harbor And The Fairway. Sediment Must Be Disposed Of On Land, And It May Be That Some Of The Sediment Is Disposed Of Locally To The Ports Own Nearby Washing Area On Land (Matrikel 507A, Nordhavnsvej 20, 9900 Frederikshavn). Otherwise, Disposal Can Take Place In Other Flushing Areas Or For Cleaning At An Approved Recipient. The Task Includes Cleaning An Estimated Maximum Volume Of Approx. 500,000 M³ (Fixed Measure) Sediment. It Is Expected That The Sediment Mainly Consists Of Silt. Minimum Depth In The Area Is Approx. 3 Meters And Maximum Depth Is 14.5 Meters. The Contractor Must Be Able To Handle Cleaning And Transport To The Final Recipient. All Necessary Authority Permits For Relocation And Impact On Sediment Will Be Obtained By The Clients Adviser Prior To The Start Of The Contract. However, With The Exception Of Permits With Respect To Sailing, Reporting To Safe Waters, Filling In Requirements For Any Pilot Duty And The Like. The Contractor Has A Duty To Report Purified Quantities, The Purification Method And Other Conditions According To The Environmental Authoritys Permission. The Task Is Expected To Be Tendered By Public Tender Procedure In Accordance With Sections 56-57 Of The Public Procurement Act. Tender Notice Is Expected To Be Published At The Beginning Of June 2026. Offers Are Expected To Be Submitted At The Beginning Of July 2026. Start Of The Contract Is At The Beginning Of September 2026 With Completion Before The End Of 2026.
