The Main Characteristics Of The Needs For This Framework Agreement Are: >The Location Of Sensitive Structures By Detection Processes Or By Intrusive Surveys; >Georeferencing Of Localized Works; >If Applicable, The Identification Of Structures Or Sections Of Structures That Could Not Be Located In Class A; >Restitution On Plan Of The Survey Files Of Each Located Structure; >Restitution Of The Summary Plan Of The Localized Works. >_This Is A Framework Agreement Executed According To The Services Implemented, By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Or By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts In Application Of Articles R2162-2 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 4 Years From Its Date Of Notification It Is Tacitly Renewable Once For A Period Of 4 Years The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 8,000 000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat For Its Entire Duration Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Admissible Applications With Regard In Particular To The Conditions Of Participation Appearing In This Notice Of Call For Competition And In The Regulations For The Consultation Of The Application Phase As Well As Subsequently A Sufficient Number Of Classified Offers, The Maximum Number Of Successful Candidates Envisaged Is 3
