The Subject Of The Present Open Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Implementation Of The Smr For The Site: Construction Of A Kindergarten For Four Groups Of Children From 3 To 7 Years, Two Groups For Children From 2 To 3 Years, A Music Hall, A Kitchen Block, Administrative And Service Premises In Upi Iii - (For A Unified Childcare Facility), Quarter 11, Ovcha Kupel 1 Residential Complex, 4Th, 5Th And 6Th M.R., District Sheeps Fountain, Sofia. Technical Specifications Are An Integral Part Of The Construction Procurement Documentation, Along With The Contract Conditions, Working Drawings And Bills Of Quantities. The Specifications Are Intended To Clarify And Develop The Performance Requirements For The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Construction Contract. In Case Of Ambiguities In The Bill Of Quantities /Cs/, Or Contradictions Between The Specifications And The Cs, The Technical Specifications Are Considered Authoritative. The Object Should Be Completed In Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Contract, The Current Norms For The Implementation Of This Type Of Construction And The Current Bulgarian Legislation In This Area. If A Trade Mark Or Company Name Is Recorded In The Project Or In The Bill Of Quantities, It Is Considered That An Equivalent Can Be Used. Construction Is The Fourth Category According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Letter B Of The Zut. The Maximum Capacity Of The Kindergarten Is 2 Nursery Groups Of 20 Children Each And 4 Kindergarten Groups Of 25 Children Each Or A Total Of 140 Children. The Building Is Planned To Be Located At The Northern End Of The Property, Thereby Ensuring The Maximum Size And Favorable Exposure Of The Yard And The Childrens Rooms. The Main Approach To The Building Will Be Along The Street Along The Northwest Edge Of The Property, Where The Building For Security And Access Control For The Reception Of The Children Will Also Be Located. A Second Entrance-Exit Is Planned For The Property From The Tangential Street From The East, Which Will Be For Official Use And Stocking With Consumables And Food Products. The Building Is Designed In Four Buildings With A Common Service Corridor And Vertical Communications, With The First Building Having Two Floors With Two Garden Groups Per Floor, The Music Hall And The Administrative Premises. The Two Groups For Children Aged 2 To 3 And The Room For The Subscriber Station Are Located In The Second One-Story Building. The Third One-Story Building Is Completely Occupied By The Kitchen Block And The Laundry Rooms. In Front Of The Music Hall, It Is Planned To Form An Amphitheater Space For Childrens Performances. Central Power Supply From The Heat Transmission Network Of The City Of Sofia Will Be Used For Heating, And Hot Water For Domestic Needs Will Be Provided From There. In The Entire Building, Heating Will Be Provided By Underfloor Heating, And For The Summer Season, An Air-Conditioning Installation For Cooling Is Expected, Which Will Also Be Used In Emergency Situations To Provide Heating. New Independent Outdoor Playgrounds Are Planned For All Groups. To Ensure An Accessible Environment For The Entire Building, A Straight-Line Elevator Is Also Planned
