The Total Consultancy Agreement Is Entered Into With A View To Total Consultancy In Connection With, On The One Hand, A Major Landsbyggefonds-Supported Renovation, With A Total Of 60 Homes In 3 Apartment Blocks, And On The Other Hand The Construction Of A Smaller Densification In A Parceled Out Area In The Same Department, With 7 Units. General 1-Storey Family Homes (Terrace Houses). The Renovation Primarily Includes Climate Control, Balconies, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Technical Installations, Ventilation And Outdoor Areas. The 60 Homes Retain Their Current Furnishings. The Renovation Requires The Rehousing Of All Residents In The 60 Homes. Both Sub-Projects Are Offered As A Main Contract. The Renovation Is Carried Out As A Limited Eu Tender With Pre-Qualification, While The New Construction Is Carried Out As An Invited Tender.
