The Buildings Are Largely Identical In Their Design And Function And Offer Living Space For Different Age Groups. The Aim Is To Create A Harmonious Ensemble That Is Both Functionally And Design-Wise And Offers A High Quality Of Stay. Open Space Design And Common Areas Between Buildings A And B As Well As C And D, Spacious Common Areas Will Be Created That Serve As Communicative Meeting Points For The Residents. Bicycle Sheds With High-Low Parking Spaces Are Located Centrally In These Areas To Ensure Comfortable And Safe Storage For Bicycles. The Common Area Between Buildings A And B Will Be Further Enhanced With An Outdoor Chessboard And Seating, While The Area Between B And C Will Have A Seating Island And Table-Seat Combinations. To The West Of House A, An Orchard With Raised Beds For Urban Gardening Will Be Created To Give Residents The Opportunity To Do Their Own Gardening. The Western Property Boundary Is Bordered By A Free-Growing Hedge, Which Provides Access And Accessibility. The Entrances To The Buildings Are Barrier-Free And Are Accessible Via Ramps. Garbage Sheds Are Located At The Property Boundaries Near The Street To Facilitate Easy Disposal. The Southern Property Boundary Is Formed By A Gabion Wall As A Retaining Wall To Compensate For The Existing Height Difference. A Connection To The Public Path Running South Is Via A Staircase. Green Spaces And Ecological Design The Open Spaces Are Designed In A Varied Manner And Include Both Ecologically Valuable Flowering Meadows And Recreational Lawns For Community Activities.
