Administration At Least A Secondary Education For The Performance Of The Tasks: Required - Telephone Administration • Customer Contact Person • Financial Institution Contact Person At Least An Intermediate Education For The Performance Of The Tasks: Required - Archiving, Filing • General File Manager • Other. The Planned Distribution Of The Number Of Employees With Regard To Each Task Group Is As Follows: • Administrative Support: 15 People • Telephone Administration: 6 People • Archiving, Filing: 6 People • It Tasks: 16 People Number Of Hours: The Number Of Hours Planned To Be Performed By The Representative Is A Total Of 82,560 Hours. The Planned Proportion Of Cooperative Members Provided By The Agent And That The Client Wants To Involve In The Task Performance: Cooperative Members Provided By The Agent: 20% Cooperative Members That The Client Wants To Involve In The Task Performance: 80% Time Frames For The Task Performance The Expected Duration Of The Task Performance Is A Minimum Of 20 Hours/Person Per Week, A Maximum Of 40 Hours/Person. The General Duration Of The Task: Fixed, In Accordance With The General Work Schedule Governing The Client, I.E. From Monday To Thursday Between 7:00 And 19:00 And On Friday Between 7:00 And 17:00, During Which Time The Cooperative Member Is Entitled To A 20-Minute Break Between Work. The Client Provides The Cooperative Member With A Home Office Option. The Exact Duration Of The Task And Its Assignment For Each Task Are Included In The Individual Customer. 3.
