Voorkempen Police Zone, As A Purchasing Center Within The Meaning Of Article 2, 6°, A) Of The Public Procurement Act Of 17 June 2016, Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Mobile Devices (Gsm, Smartphones, Tablets) And Accessories Whereby The Purchasing Entities And/Or Their Employees Can Order Via An Associated Online Ordering Platform And Where Appropriate Professional Services And Service Before And After Sales Are Provided, So That The Purchasing Entities Are Relieved Of The Burden Of Purchasing, Delivery And Service Process Of Mobile Devices And Accessories. The Solution Offered Includes: - Provision Of An Online Choose Your Own Device Platform With Which (Employees Of The) Purchasing Entities Can Choose And Purchase A Mobile Device (Mobile Phone/Smartphone/Tablet) And Accessories At A Competitive Price (Competitive Prices That Follow Market Prices), Whereby Part Of The Purchase Amount Is Paid By The Employer (Fixed Budget Made Available By The Employer) And Part By The Employee If The Purchase Exceeds That Budget; - Sale And Supply Of Mobile Devices (Gsm/Smartphone/Tablet): The Tenderers Draw Up A List Of Telephones That Can Be Supplied And Supported (Telephone Supply List), Which Includes At Least The Telephones Listed In The Inventory Of The Specifications (Basic Package) And Is Limited To Devices Controlled By Android And Ios. (Based On This List, The Purchasing Entities Individually Determine Which Telephones Are Actually Offered To The Employee Within The Online Platform. - Supply Can Be Limited On Request); - Sale And Supply Of Accessories: The Tenderers Draw Up A List Of Accessories That Can Be Supplied And Supported For The Telephones In The Supply List (Accessory Supply List). This Must Contain At Least The Telephones Listed In The Specifications (Basic Package); - Service Level Agreement (Sla): Appropriate Professional Services And Service Before And After The Sale Of The Mobile Devices And Accessories (Including The Mandatory Option For Insurance). This Order Is An Order For Deliveries Within The Meaning Of Art. 2, 20° Of The Public Procurement Act. This Concerns A Framework Agreement As Referred To In Art. 2, 35° Of The Public Procurement Act Of 17 June 2016. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Participant. Concluding An Agreement Does Not Give The Service Provider Any Exclusivity Rights. During The Term Of This Framework Agreement, The Voorkempen Police Zone And Any Other Customer Of This Framework Agreement Can Have Performances (Services/Deliveries) Carried Out Identical Or Analogous To Those Described In The Specifications. The Service Provider Cannot Claim Any Compensation. There Is No Purchase Obligation For Buyers And No Minimum Purchase Quantities Are Guaranteed.
