Making Of New L.V Coils With New Dc,Dpc, Tpc Copper Wire Insulation & Varnishing.Cleaning Of Level Indicator Glass In The Conservator Tank For Clear Vision Of Oil Level Including Replacement Of Its Gaskets If Required For Assuring 100% Leak Proof. C. Supply Of Fresh Transformer Oil Standard Quality As Per Is 335/83 (Including Filtration & Dehydration Of Transformer Oil).315Kva Transformer Coil & Core Heating (Megger Value Ir Increasing Upto1000Mohm Or Above). Insulation For Both Lt & Ht Sides To Be Done I.E: Separator Paper Etc. D. Sundry Items Viz: Cover Bolts, Plug, Caps, Screw, Washer, Valve Etc.To Be Provided. Red Oxide Primer And Smoke Grey Of Reputed Make Of Is Mark Painting To Be Done. E. Supply And Complete Replacement & Fixing Of New Gaskets & Other Reqd. Parts Of Is Standard To All Valves, Top Cover, Radiator, Buccholz Relay Assembly, Expansion Vent Pipe Etc.F. Supply And Complete Replacement Of All Oil Seals, Silica Gel Breather With Fresh Silica Gel, Cover Bolts, Plug, Caps, Screw, Washer, Valve Insulation Materials, Minor Repairing Of Transformer For Leakages Arresting. G. Lt Side Bushing Connecter To Be Provided By Same Material And Broken Lt Insulator Bellow Top Cover To Be Changed. Also, Any Damaged Or Broken Insulator To Be Replaced By New One. H. Drainage Oil Valve To Be Replaced By New One. I.. Conservator Tank Welding To Be Done Accordingly Or Replaced By New One . J. Before Start Of Work And After Completion Of Work, The Ir Value Of The Transformer-Pri.-E, Sec.-E And Pri-Sec. Are To Be Recorded With 2500/5000 V Megger And Oil Bdv To Be 60Kv Or More At 2.5Mm Gap. Test Certificate To Be Provided. Other Jobs To Be Carried Out As Per Price Bid Along With Above Jobs. K. Transportation Of Transformer From Cci Workshop To Party’S Workshop And Return Back To Cci Workshop From Party’S Workshop After Repairing. L. Tap Position & New Tap Required In This Transformer Along With New Silica Gel .Also Need Oti & Wti New Meter.
