Tender For Provision Of Certain Sanction Works In The Area Of Age B/R-I Under Ge (Central) Delhi Cantt-10-1 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.2 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces firnished even and smooth without using extra cement up to hieght of four storey bldg ,including scaffolding up to 8 story building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..3 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and providing and applying putty of 1.5 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.. Note spray painting(SMART PERIODICAL)4 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing ,with mechanichal brooming down, washing with water etc and providing and applying exterior grade putty of 1.5 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: for items ser No 10 & 11 (1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Ten (10) years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractors dues as security deposit.
