Clad should be resistant to wet conditions and meets permissible increase on mass, have density >1.35 gm /cm3, UV resistance of a minimum of 4 on a grey scale rating after 1500 hours, Resistance to artificial weathering including light fastness of a minimum rating of 4 (after 650 MJ/m2 radiant exposure). The product must conform to European Fire-Retardant norms of Bs1d0 when classified in accordance with EN 13501-1. The Fire-Retardant Additive must be Halogen free to protect the environment. HPL must be a green product conforming to GRIHA, GreenPro and Green Guard Gold certification and meet Anti-bacterial and Anti-termite property under JIS Z2801 (The manufacturer should provide 12 years warranty on manufacturing related defects). Finish and colour of compact laminates should be finalized under direction of Engineer –in-charge.Clad should be installed on Aluminium tubular substructure in the size of 50mm x 25/50mm or as per site requirement fixed at a maximum centre-to-centre distance of 400mm to 600mm with the help of 5mm dia colour matching rivets with sliding holes and fixed holes on the HPL. The aluminium tubular substructure should be fixed on wall with the help of dead load bearing brackets and wind load bracket by 10mm fastener. Wind load bracket will have vertical slot & dead load bracket will have in horizontal slot & maintain 6mm both horizontal and vertical gap between two installed clad panels. Shade/design of clad should be finalized under direction of Engineer –in-charge.10 Providing and fixing of Stainless steel grade 304 golden letters in English with Main letter of name of institute (MANDIR MARG) of minimize size 225 mm with 275 mm raising. The rest of letters shall also be of Stainless steel grade 304 in golden with minimum size of 250 mm, 300 mm raising. The letters shall be fixed with the help of stainless steel studs on existing granite/HPL Sheet/ACP sheet which shall not be visible from the front. The stainless-steel studs shall be properly grouted with suitable sealant. The letters of name of institute in logo shall be engraved/etched in black letters over golden stainlesssteel sheet with heating process. The design of wall is mentioned in the tender drawing. The work shall have warranty/defect liability period of 36 months as per NIT.Test report for conformality of material wrt pecifications shall be provided.The work shall be executed to the satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge.
